Ravensburger signs deal for The Gruffalo

Ravensburger has signed a deal for The Gruffalo property.

The range will include puzzles and games aimed at pre-school children, including a ‘my first puzzle’ set based on The Gruffalo.

There will also be a floor puzzle and four-in-a-box set of jigsaws, with the entire range set to land on shelves in January 2014.

"Ravensburger has a strong heritage of working with publishing based properties, and we’re confident that our experience of this very special type of product development, coupled with our fantastic product quality will result in a fresh new range that retailers and consumers will love," said Ravensburger MD Tim Hall.

"We look forward to launching this range at Olympia Toy Fair in January 2014."

Completing the new The Gruffalo line-up will be a ‘forest walk’ game, picture dominoes and a memory game.
