Extremepie.com saw the week beginning December 8th record the highest seven-day period of sales to date, and an increase of 17 per cent up on last year's figures.
This follows a very strong November for the website, with sales growth of 28 per cent on figures for the same period last year.
Meanwhile, exelement.co.uk has also experienced strong growth from last year, almost doubling sales.

"People are looking for more meaningful gifts and experiences, they want value for money and a lasting memory. The online marketplace has come of age this year, with our customers preferring an easy, stress free Christmas."
Al Gosling, CEO of the Extreme Group, added: "We have injected a great deal of time and resources into developing our online offerings as we recognise this is an important tool used by our customers. It is fantastic to see the Extreme profile developing and expanding through the different online channels."
