Televisa's Hispanic brand El Chavo has recently enjoyed a third successful exclusive promotion with fast food chain McDonald's.
The restaurants sold over 11 million premiums in six weeks, far exceeding expectations. Indeed, territories such as Mexico and Brazil were sold out after just three weeks.
Promotions with the brand had previously been held in 2006 and 2008.
El Chavo has over 1,300 live show episodes. In October 2006, Televisa launched in all Latin America territories with an animated version of the live show, followed in the US in January 2008.
