Warner Bros. Consumer Products (WBCP) is gearing up for the launch of its DC Super Hero Girls franchise, with a series of new retail promotions throughout the UK.

Partnerships with High Street stores, grocers and online stores, including the likes of Smyths, Toys R Us, Tesco, Asda, Argos and Amazon will support the official merchandising programme that covers more than 30 categories.

“With our best-in-class licensees and partners, we’re excited to bring this girl-empowered programme to fans around the world and allow them to imagine, aspire and be strong, brave and powerful,” said Pam Lifford, president of Warner Bros. Consumer Products.

Master toy partner Mattel is already on board, along with Random House Children’s Books as master publishing partner, LEGO as the exclusive construction partner and Rubie’s Costumes.

Meanwhile, Pyramid will be launching posters, badges, mugs, key chains and notebooks.
