Robert Downey Jr. has shattered the speculation surrounding a fourth Iron Man movie.
In an interview with Variety, the actor revealed that there wasn’t a fourth installment in the pipe line.
“No, there’s no plan for a fourth Iron Man,” said Downey.
The man underneath the iron suit has signed with Disney and Marvel for two Avengers sequels, which hit theatres in Summer 2015 and 2018, but has been reluctant to commit to any more superhero films.
The Avengers: Age of Ultron recently finished filming in the UK with director Joss Whedon and the original cast members.
The film will open on May 1st, 2015.
