Digital Giving, the team behind the charity fund raising T-Shirt Booth app, has welcomed Roobarb and Custard to its growing character portfolio.
The cult 70’s cartoon character will be working with the initiative to help raise funds for the UK’s veterinary charity, PDSA.
20 per cent of each t-shirt featuring the pair sold through the T-Shirt Booth app will go to the organisation.
The T-Shirt Booth app allows parents and children to customise their own t-shirts with their favourite characters, with a percentage of the proceeds going towards the charities they are affiliated to.
Sue Barratt, PDSA corporate partnerships manager, said: "We’re delighted to be working with T-Shirt Booth for this exciting venture.
"Not only will PDSA’s brand be taken to a young, digital audience, every sale will generate vital funds for our vets and nurses to treat sick and injured pets."
Taking time out from their ongoing comical feud, Roobarb the green dog and Custard the pink cat agreed that their partnership with the app is a "perfect fit."
