Sanrio is celebrating the arrival of one of the newest characters to hit Western shores with the launch of a Gudetama pop-up at Shoryu Ramen in London.
The two week pop-up is available exclusively at Shoryu Go on London’s Air Street, from March 26 to April 8, where diners will be given a three-course Gudetama-themed menu.
Their menu will also arrive with one drink and a limited edition Gudetama keyring and coaster for £22.
There will also be a range of Gudetama merchandise to buy, both in Shoryu Go and in store at Japan Centre Panton Street.
Jade Kellman, licensing manager at Sanrio, said: “Themed character restaurants are huge across Asia and it is great to be able to replicate that here in the UK with out very own lazy egg, Gudetama.”
To launch the collaboration, Shoryu Ramen hosted a party which was attended by press, bloggers and YouTubers.
