Santoro extends Gorjuss brand with new toys and accessories

Santoro is heading into the Toy Fair season with a slate of 12 new licensees under its Gorjuss brand, expanding upon its range of popular dolls.

Next year’s Nuremberg Toy Fair will see Educa Borras showcase its Fofucha doll-making kits for Gorjuss’ Ladybrid, while Paola Reina will be on hand to unveil its new line of dolls and doll clothing.

Elsewhere, the Spanish licensee CYP Imports will be displaying its rag dolls as well as a new range of Gorjuss fashion and lifestyle accessories including hair accessories, jewellery boxes, watches and alarm clocks.

In the games category, Educa Borras and Jumbo BV will be showcasing its jigsaw puzzles that have seen the Gorjuss brand extend into new Northern European and Scandinavian markets, as well as Spain.

On top of this, Comansi SL will be unveiling its first series of collectable PVC figurines for Spain, while Sequin Art UK will introduce its first sequin kits to the Gorjuss arts and crafts market.

“Here at Santoro, we are hugely excited about Toy Fair 2017 with the presence of such a wide range of new product releases and categories for Gorjuss,” said Jo Campbell, general manager.

“The event really goes to show Gorjuss’ growth within the toy industry and we can’t wait to see where 2017 takes us.”
