Smiley teams with Laulhère for luxury headwear

Smiley is tapping into the luxury headwear market, thanks to the firm’s latest partnership with Laulhère.

As Smiley gears up to celebrate its anniversary year in 2017, Laulhère will kick-off the festivities with a launch party taking place January 19th at the company’s shop in Paris.

The range will span a collection of berets, featuring the firm’s iconic ‘smiley’ in a range of colours including black and gold, black and yellow and blue and gold.

The new deal also pays homage to Smiley’s French roots, marking almost 45 years to the day when founder Franklin Loufrani’s ‘Take Time to Smile’ campaign was first published in the France Soir newspaper.
