Sonic Lost World presented to UK press

The upcoming Sonic Lost World video game for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U was shown off to the UK media this week.

It was one of several playable games at Nintendo’s Post E3 tour, which included Mario Kart 8, Super Mario 3D World, Disney Infinity and Ducktales.

Sonic Lost World is one of three new Sonic games on the way, as part of an agreement between brand owner Sega and console manufacturer Nintendo.

The game will launch on the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U consoles this year, and looks to pick up more PR coverage in the weeks to come.

Several journalists were present at the show this week from UK gaming publications and magazines.

Over 75 million Sonic video games and smartphone apps have been sold worldwide.
