Bubble Gum Interactive partners with Virtual World Licensing and AT New Media.

Space Heroes Universe gets UK licensing programme

AT New Media and Virtual World Licensing will handle the licensing programme for Space Heroes Universe in the UK and EMEA.

Developer Bubble Gum Interactive entered into the licensing partnership to focus on its rapidly growing kids’ online game. It already has a mobile game and an animated cartoon series, now it’s branching into merchandise.

It already has a licensing programme in place for Asia.

Nearly two million players from around the world have signed up for adventure in Space Heroes Universe, the free-to-play game.

Virtual World Licensing and AT New Media are UK-based licensing agencies specialising in the world of gaming and toys.

“Whether exploring the galaxy in our award-winning kids virtual world, jetting off for adventure in our mobile game or following the adventures of our space heroes in our online cartoons, our fans are continually looking for new ways to enjoy the Space Heroes Universe story,” said Phil Mason, CEO at Bubble Gum Interactive.

“Virtual World Licensing and AT New Media understand the unique nuances of game brands and will no doubt bring some amazing Space Heroes Universe merchandise to our European fans."

Steve Reece, CEO of Virtual World Licensing, added: “Space Heroes Universe is precisely the type of property we look for with a unique and compelling story that can translate into a successful merchandising program.”

“With its strong UK presence and a rapidly growing fanbase in the EMEA, we’re certain Space Heroes fans will be delighted to extend their experience.”

Kids can play the game at www.spaceheroes.com.

AT New Media and Virtual World Licensing joined forces earlier this year.
