Spreadshirt has significantly strengthened its product, corporate marketing and sales teams with a number of new hires.
Hugo Smoter (pictured) becomes the e-commerce platform’s global head of marketing, overseeing all marketing activities worldwide while guiding content management and Spreadshirt’s SEO activities. Smoter will report directly to Spreadshirt CEO, Philip Rooke.
Meanwhile, Markus Smet is the new global director of product management, joining the company from Sky where he was head of user experience. Meanwhile, Do Kil is the new art director, taking responsibility for all platform design related topics and all visual elements of the updated, global brand message. Kil is a former art director for L’Oreal and Maybelline New York.
Finally, Antje Kundt is the firm’s new European sales director. In the newly created role, Kundt will be responsible for the strategic direction and coordination of all European sales teams, along with the development of strategic marketing focusing on key accounts.
