Super Wings premieres on Amazon Prime Video in the US

Animated kids’ TV series Super Wings is launching to the US courtesy of a new partnership with Amazon Prime Video.

The deal is the latest move in an ever growing portfolio of broadcast partners for the 3D CGI animation that now airs in over 25 countries around the world.

The show has already seen success in the linear programming space having pulled in the viewing figures in the US.

“We are extremely excited to release Super Wings to the video on demand market in the United States,” said Jesse Janson, director of digital media.

“Amazon Prime Video is an exciting and rapidly growing platform that we feel will be a perfect home for an animated kids’ series as strong as Super Wings.”

The show will premiere on September 9th on Amazon Prime Video.
