The European kids’ entertainment studio, TeamTO has named the New York-based Surge Licensing as its exclusive US and Canada licensing agent for the Mighty Mike brand.
The appointment coincides with the 2019 international roll-out of the popular children’s series across TV channels. Mighty Mike premiered on Family Channel (Canada) in March, and will air on Boomerang (streaming in the EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latam) as of this month.

Produced by TeamTO, with Canada’s Digital Dimension, and distributed internationally by CAKE, Mighty Mike is a CGI animated, dialogue-free slapstick comedy for six to 11 year olds, in the style of Tom & Jerry-meets-silly pet videos.
The star of the show is a refined pug with sophisticated tastes who longs for a quiet life but is forced to defend his house from a bunch of furry intruders and maddening pets instead. Raccoons, turtles and Fluffy the cat drag Mike into a series of unforeseen twists and turns.
