The Care Bears move into mobile phone security with IconLogin

The Care Bears have made the move into mobile phone security thanks to a recently launched themed lock screen app.

Available via the Google Play Store, the picture based app stars the case of the iconic animated property and allows fans to use images of their favourite Care Bears instead of a numerical key pad.

“Care Bears Lock Screen is based on the idea that pictures are fun and much easier to remember than numbers,” read a statement from the firm behind the app, IconLogin.

“It is also more secure than using a traditional keypad because the pictures appear in a different order each time, instead of a static layout like almost all other keyboards.”

The downloaded app features a free Care-moji keypad made up of 12 Care Bears images, ready for fans to choose their own Picture Password sequence using four images.

“We make it a priority to collaborate with innovative new partners for Care Bears,” said Megan Buettner, head of creative and digital for American Greetings Entertainment.

“The functionality of this app is new for the brand, while the overall look and feel brings a new approach to the Care Bears.”

The Care Bears Lock Screen App is free to install for Android users via Google Play and comes with a free Care-moji keypad.
