The Jim Henson Co. names Rockpool Licensing as UK agent for preschool and classic portfolios

The Jim Henson Company, has appointed Vickie O’Malley’s Rockpool Licensing to represent the company’s licensing and merchandising activities in the UK.

The appointment has been made by Ian Lambur, management consultant, global distribution at The Jim Henson Company.

Initial pre-school brands Rockpool Licensing will manage for The Jim Henson Company include the marine biology series Splash and Bubbles, Doozers and Dot. Classics properties include Fraggle Rock and Labyrinth.

“Vickie’s appointment ensures that we can offer a diverse range of opportunities for children to engage with our brands,” said Lambur. “Her expertise in developing licensing and merchandising programmes and delivering them across retail in the UK market is highly valued.”

Rockpool Licensing was formed in 2014 by O’Malley ,after serving ten years as the managing director for CPLG’s UK office, spearheading some of the UK’s most successful brands.
