The Koyo Store secures EMEA rights for Capcom’s Street Fighter

Entertainment merchandise specialist, The Koyo Store has secured the EMEA rights to create officially-licensed Street Fighter collectable pin badges and coins.

The Capcom beat ‘em up franchise is the latest property to join The Koyo Store’s burgeoning collectables line-up, which also includes partnerships with Ubisoft, (Rainbow Six Siege), Wargaming (World of Tanks, World of Warships) and The Emoji Company.

Koyo’s full Street Fighter product line-up will include a range of pin badges based around the most popular fighters in the game and will be made available for shipping to distribution and retail partners late May. They will also be available to buy via

“We are absolutely thrilled to be working with Capcom and the Street Fighter brand,” said Lee Townsend, founder and CEO of The Koyo Store. “We’re rapidly expanding our roster of first-class licensing partners, both within the video games industry and the wider entertainment markets. We’re excited by what else 2019 has in store.”

The Koyo Store enjoyed a successful launch in 2018, with its pin badges, coins and merchandise proving a hit among gamers looking for collectables and bragging rights within their peer groups. The Koyo Store’s aim is to bring a new angle to the tried and tested ‘mugs, keyrings and t-shirts’ approach to video game and entertainment collectables, with items that are integral to a game itself, such as achievement coins and character icons.

Based in Lancashire, the firm’s team has a strong and varied skillset, with designers, retail experts and gamers working to produce epic merchandise and collectibles.

The Koyo Store is on the hunt for more licenses, and teases that it has ‘a very big announcement coming out soon.’
