This year’s Licensing Awards winners were last night crowned in the glittering surroundings of The Great Room at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
Over 1,300 retailers, licensees, licensors and suppliers attended the event to honour the industry’s highest achievers, with comedian Ed Byrne bringing his own brand of humour as host.
Ian Hyder, director of The Licensing Awards commented: “What a fantastic night for the licensing industry. It is absolutely extraordinary how much everyone ‘brought to the party’ this year. It is great to shine the spotlight on so many great achievements in licensing.”

Now in their eighth year, The Licensing Awards (created by The Licensing Source Book Europe, part of Max Publishing) celebrate the achievements of all aspects of the industry from retailers to products, licensed properties to marketing expertise. The headline sponsor for the event was Spring Fair International (part of i2i Events). A host of leading brands and companies sponsored individual awards categories, while industry trade association LIMA once again gave its support to the event.
