Classic kids’ property, The Moomins has been named one of the Top Ten International Brands in the Chinese market.
Tove Jansson’s classic cast of characters has picked up steam across Asia in the last year, having already enjoyed ‘incredible success in Japan.’
The brand has now placed within the Top Ten International Brands in China, as voted for by the Chinese Animation Licensing Industry 2015, as The Moomins further strengthens its position as a worldwide brand.
“It is absolutely a great recognition and encouragement to us for all the marketing and promotion we have established for years,” said Medialink, the Chinese licensing agent for Moomins.
“We will continue to strive ahead and we believe that Moomins will become more and more popular around the world.”
