TOMY takes Pokémon Petite Pals to retailers

A new line of Pokémon toys are on the way from TOMY, following the recent roll out of Pokémon Petite Pals.

Petite Pals is a new world of stylised Pokémon figures, which pair with thematic accessories and play-sets, offering fans a new way to play with characters.

"We are excited to unveil TOMY’s Petite Pals assortment at retail and to bring a new way to play with Pokémon toys to a new generation of fans," said Pete Henseler, president of TOMY International.

"This assortment brings beloved Pokémon characters into a new realm of role-play designed to engage kids through its miniature scale, whimsical play-sets and imaginative accessories.

“In addition we will be debuting unique digital video content on YouTube surrounding the Petite Pals launch, which will fuel fan excitement and engagement."

The range boasts a variety of figures and play-sets, including the garden adventure, house party and escape in the forest play-sets.

Prices for the collection start from $6.99 and will be available from August at Toys R Us, with a second roll out scheduled for October to Target, Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
