Top ?Design a Moshling? entries to be showcased at art exhibition

The top entries in this year’s ‘Design a Moshling’ competition will have their work featured in a weeklong exhibition.

Taking place at The Strand Gallery in London from July 24th to July 28th, the event will allow fans to see original artwork, learn Moshi Monster facts and give visitors the chance to learn how to draw a monster in a Moshi Illustrator Session.

This year’s winning design was the winning Moshling design was Pinestein designed by nine-year-old Paul Kolendo from Dorset and he takes home £500 worth of art supplies for his school and some Moshi goodies.

As part of the prize, his part pineapple, part crazy scientist creation has been illustrated by an in house artist at Moshi HQ and will be added as an in-game Moshling character on

“We were amazed by the quality and quantities of the entries – all 17,000 of them! Moshi fans are a very creative bunch,” said Michael Acton Smith, CEO of Mind Candy and Moshi Monsters creator.
