Tractor Ted on course to deliver strongest year yet

Tractor Ted has reported an increase in sales throughout 2015, in all areas of the business compared to the same period last year.

Thanks to its new partnership with Nickelodeon, and a targeted marketing, sales and events campaign throughout 2014, Tractor Ted is on course to deliver its strongest year.

Tractor Ted has also gone on to sign up with Rockpool Licensing, to look at licensing opportunities for 2016.

Alexandra Heard, sales and creative director, said: “We are delighted with the results for 2015 with growth currently sitting at 30 per cent against the same period in 2014.

“What is particularly pleasing is the response that our customers and retailers have had to our increase in marketing and live events during 2015.”

In addition, the company is offering a reduction in carriage paid orders and added value to trade accounts up to Christmas.

“New product lines including a new range of Tractor Ted toys, gifts and homeware are already well under way with launches of new products planned for both Toy Fair and Spring Fair,” added Heard.

“We are also expanding attraction development with some very positive feedback on potential new venues as well as existing venues confirming a 10 per cent increase in visitor numbers over the 2015 visitor season.

“We’re now just working on how to make it even bigger and better for 2016.”
