Turner has revealed its 24-hour film channel Turner Classic Movies (TCM) will be available for fans on BT TV.

As part of the launch, the channel will find a home for itself on BT’s Entertainment package this week.

Well-known movies such as Jerry Maquire, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves and the Mad Max trilogy will all be available on the channel in 2016.

Plus, TCM will also run well-known series including Longmire and Hell on Wheels, with both series exclusively premiering on TCM later this year.

Dan Fahy, senior director, commercial development for Northern Europe at Turner, said: “TCM was watched by more adults in 2015 than any other pay TV movie channel and this success is testament to our renowned and celebrated line up of Hollywood movies and hit drama series’.

“We’re thrilled to be launching the channel on BT TV – further expanding the channel’s reach and strengthening our relationship with an important and growing market player.”
