TVMania has bolstered its team with a raft of new appointments, each boasting a wealth of industry experience.
Matthew Butterfield has joined the firm as sales manager, Liz Peters as licensing coordinator, Paula Jardim as designer and Katherine Smith as ethical sourcing manager.
With a background in sportswear and fashion, Butterfield has work for brands such a Reebok and Umbro. He will now be looking to develop TVMania’s role in the sporting sector through acquisition of the Reebok Kids license.
Butterfield said: "I have worked with and/or licensed numerous teams and properties, including England, Southampton, WBA, Swansea, Blackburn and Wembley stadium, so have considerable experience at the top end of sports licensing, which will prove invaluable in my new role with TVMania UK."
Meanwhile, Peters joins from the licensing sector of book publishing and has previously worked at Random House where she worked alongside big brand authors such as Dan Brown, Terry Pratchett and Joanna Trollope.
Peters said: "I am very excited about this new role and am looking forward to supporting the TVMania team with licensing across all our markets."
Jardim, who will join the TVMania’s design team, said: "I have many years experience as a childrenswear designer working for high street accounts such as Mothercare, M&Co, BHS, Tesco and Tammy Girl and most recently freelanced for Disney, Burberry and Rhona Sutton.
"I’m looking forward to the challenge of working at TVMania UK and creating exciting new ranges for our customers.”
Finally, joining as ethical sourcing manager, Smith has previous experience working with many of TVMania’s retail customers, including Aldi, Argos, Peacocks, Mothercare and Disney.

"I look forward to developing relationships with our customers and licensors as well as working closely with regional teams to drive continuous improvement across the supply base.”
