Lisle Entertainment has partnered with cult entertainment retailer, Forbidden Planet to launch a range of Temple Run products.

New merchandise based on the downloadable game will include T-shirts and hoodies, mugs, greeting cards and more.

The range will be hitting stores from late August this year.

Forbidden Planet has nine stores in the UK, each situated in major cities including its flagship London Mega Store - the largest cult entertainment store in the world.

The group also has a large online presence.

Gayle Tarrant from Lisle International, said: "The Forbidden Planet customer base could not be more perfectly matched to the Temple Run core audience and this agreement will allow us to reach the fans of the game this year.

"The Temple Run fan base is growing at a rapid pace and Forbidden Planet is a great retail destination to launch a wide merchandise range."

Alex Carter-Jones, BDM from Forbidden Planet, added: "We are delighted to have signed up for Temple Run and are looking forward to bringing a range of merchandise to market this autumn."
