Warner Bros has moved the release date for Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice forward.
The film will now land in cinemas on March 25th, 2016, rather than on May 6th, 2016, thus avoiding a clash with Marvel’s Captain America 3.
The Hollywood Reporter states that Warner Bros and DC Comics have also revealed dates for nine untitled DC Comics films through to June 2020.
This means Warner will be releasing two superhero movies a year as of 2016.
The dates for the untitled DC Comics movies are:
- August 8th, 2016
- June 23rd, 2017
- November 17th, 2017
- March 23rd, 2018
- July 27th, 2018
- April 5th, 2019
- June 14th, 2019
- April 3rd, 2020
- June 19th, 2020
