Where’s Wally? movie in the works at MGM

Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, the team behind This Is The End and Bad Neighbours, is developing a Where’s Wally? movie for MGM.

Tracking Board reports that the Where’s Wally? (known as Where’s Waldo? in the States) movie will centre around the time-travelling elements from the books, with Wally accidentally activating a time machine and having to find a way to get back to the love of his life, Wilma.

Where’s Wally? was of course first a series of children’s books created by the English illustrator Martin Handford. The brand celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2012 and as well as the upcoming movie, Where’s Wally? has branched out into TV, comics and video games.
