Willy Fog and Dogtanian join Ronald McDonald House Charities’ ebook

Animated characters Willy Fog and Dogtanian are making their debut in a new interactive ebook.

The ebook has just been launched by Ronald McDonald House Charities in the UK, which provides free ‘home away from home’ accommodation for families with children in hospitals.

The book Patch and the Talent Show is part of a three month campaign to encourage parents to read to their children at the end of the day, as well as to help raise awareness and money for the charity.

Various interactive elements have also been incorporated into the book, including voice over, music and animations. For example, Dogtanian showcases his sword skills, while Willy Fog acts as the master of ceremonies.

Javier Biern, licensing director of BRB Internacional, said: “We feel so honoured by the fact that Ronald McDonald House Charities has counted on us for this project. Both Willy Fog and Dogtanian are highly well-known characters worldwide, and we hope this book provides comfort.”
