A new Winx Club movie is set to hit cinemas across the globe this September.
The new film – titled The Mystery of the Abyss – sees the Winx fairies battle the Trix and the evil nymph, Politea.
The movie is being released as part of the celebrations to mark th tenth anniversary of the Winx Club brand.
The Mystery of the Abyss will premiere in Italy this September, before being released in Turkey and Russia in October and territories across the globe throughout the remainder of the year.

“Not only will the release delight the millions of Winx fans across the world but it also offers a wonderful opportunity to our licensing partners, who can benefit from the buzz surrounding the movie and the marketing and media activities that will form part of an extensive promotional campaign.”
And as Italy gears up for the premiere, France is also celebrating the franchise as web media partner CitizenKid prepares to launch four Winx Club treasure hunts across the territory.
The hunts are set to coincide with National Nature Day in France and will challenge participants to solve a series of clues based upon the fairies.
By following the clues, players will eventually be lead to the stash of goodies, courtesy of licensees, Hachette and Panini.
The treasure hunts will take place in France’s parks, Jardin du Luxembourg in Paris, Parc Tete d’Or n Lyon, Parc Longchamps in Marseilles and Parc Bordelais in Bordeaux on May 24th.
